Day Trading is also known as Intraday Trading. It is the method of buying and selling stocks in the stock market within the same day. Because these positions are closed before the market closes on that trading day. The commision for this is calculated on the basis of volume traded. This facility is available in the trading of stocks, options, future and Solid currency.
We can trade on margin that is we can trade for more money than which is available in the account according to the scale provided by the stock broker.Hence we can earn a huge amount of profit with that. And as every coin has two sides the rate of risk is also the same. Also within seconds we can make huge money and lose it. There are so many instances that some made huge profits out of it whereas some even went bankrupt. The person who is doing day trading is called a Day Trader. This really requires sharp intelligece and great luck. Nowadays day trading is exclusive to the financial and insurance firms,investors and speculators.In my life I have got lot of set backs in day trading and hence I won’t suggest Day Trading because it’s highly risky. This acts like drugs because once we did it and got small profits and we will go for a big game and that may result even in bankruptcy. If we are doing this we must be extra concious that our money is in real danger.Especially borrowed money and ignorance can cause you real harm. This practice is highly advicible for cautious and intelligent traders.
